Through our contact form and pre-WhatsApp modal we collect:
- First name and last name
- Phone and email
- Nationality
- Event details (type, date, guest count, budget)
- Automatic technical data: IP, user agent, referring page, approximate country
If you accept the cookie notice, analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager) collect aggregated browsing data.
3. Purpose
Your data is used only to:
- Contact you and send your event quote
- Coordinate the planning and execution of contracted events
- Send related communications (changes, reminders, follow-ups)
- Improve the website via aggregated analytics
- Comply with legal obligations (billing, accounting)
We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Where your data is stored
Form data is stored encrypted in a private Cloudflare D1 database (ENAM region). Analytics data is processed by Google's servers with in-transit encryption. We retain data only for as long as needed for the stated purpose or the applicable legal term (minimum 5 years for accounting records under Colombian tax law).
5. Your rights
As a data subject you have the right to:
- Know what data we hold about you
- Update or correct inaccurate information
- Delete your data when no longer necessary
- Revoke your consent at any time
- Request proof of the consent granted
- Access your data free of charge at least once a month
- File complaints with Colombia's Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC) or your local DPA

7. International transfers
